Waldorf Lunchroom was where the mobsters met to discuss things.  It was also the speakeasy owned in part by Francis Oley.

Keeler’s was at the other end of the block where Morris “Mush” Trachiner had dinner.  It was from this location that the mobsters followed him home and tried to kidnap him.  It resulted in a shoot out and the perpetrators left empty handed.
